Shipping policy
OVERVIEW:
This policy covers Respectree (Pty) Ltd. shipping policy.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Order places before 12pm GMT+2 should be received within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on Monday or the first working day thereafter (business days exclude Saturdays, Sunday or public holidays).
Post-weekend order fulfilment: Please note that orders placed on the weekend or after 12pm on Friday may, in some cases, be sent out on Tuesday if the weekend order volume impedes on the possibility of fulfillment. Regardless, your parcel should arrive within the stipulated time period
Outlying areas: In the event that you stay in an outlying area, your shipping time may vary depending on when we catch our courier vehicle. In the rare case that we catch our courier company at the wrong time, deliver to these areas may extend up to 8 business days.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping is currently FREE in line with the promotion that we are currently running. Shipping is normally flat rated at R99,00 anywhere in South Africa.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the courier's system for a period of 10 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement order until this period of time has elapsed. Alternatively, a replacement order will be sent out before the 10 day period if the issue comes to light before this period elapses.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
TRACKING OR DELIVERY UPDATES:
We use The Courier Guy, to deliver and track your parcel. In terms of their tracking system, you will only be notified with tracking details once the parcel arrives at your local depot. Up until this point, no tracking details will be provided. An email communicating this state of affairs should be received after purchasing from our website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally for the time being. With that being said, we only deliver anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
